For smooth video playback of HD channels you will need a fast phone (CPU 1GHz or more) and 4G or WiFi connection.

If you phone factory player cannot play MP4 video you can fix it by installing an alternate video player from the market (like MX Video Player or RealPlayer). Alternate player also may be useful if factory player cannot adjust aspect ratio.
On Logitech Google TV you will need to install an advanced player like GTVBox Video Player
