- Go Launcher: Default Size
- Apex Launcher: 110% or 115%
- Nova Launcher (Prime): 110% or 115%

This is not a standalone app, for use it you need a launcher such as Apex, Nova, ADW that allow custom themes.

GO Launcher
① Go to the desktop > menu > Themes
② Choose Installed
③ Then select Apply

Launcher Nova
① Go to the desktop > menu > Nova settings
② Choose Look and feel > Icon Theme
③ Choose icon pack
④ Check the box Icon Pack
⑤ Then select Apply

Launcher Apex
① Go to the desktop > menu > Apex settings
② Choose Theme settings
③ Choose icon pack
④ Check the box Icon Pack
⑤ Then select Apply

ADW / EX
① Go to the desktop > menu > ADWSettings
② Choose Themes
③ Choose icon pack
④ Then select Apply
