Control Expenses in a highly flexible powerful application that lets you control your expenses and income through lists, and even if you wish, you can control the finances of your home or your business thanks to the posibility to create accounts, purses and fictitious loans.

The detail of features that you can find in this app are:

1) It is possible to add a photo of the purchase receipt for each expense.

2) It is possible to generate an spreadsheet with revenues and expenses incurred that you can send by mail, bluetooth, Dropbox, Evernote, Google docs, etc.

3) The app also allows to send to a compressed file (zip) with the spreadsheet and the photos of the proof of purchase.

4) You can include income and expenses in different currencies, for which you must enter the exchange rate for the currency. You can check the exchange rate in our application.

5) You can see some statistics and reports, that allows you to:
a) View statistics of expenditure by type
b) View statistics of income by type
c) Compare costs and revenue
d) Compare costs between lists
e) Compare income between lists
f) View reports of 2 leves o 3 levels, for example, by
category, month and type of expense

6) You can see your expenses and revenues ordered with several sort options.

7) You can to backup your data and also you can to restore it.

8) You can to add an alarm notification to the expenses/revenues you want for to remind you when you must to record the same entry again.

9) you can control the access to the app with a password.

10) Added virtual account, virtual wallets and virtual loans management, so you can control the amount of money that you have in each place. Now you will be able to charge a cost directly to your virtual accounts, or virtual wallets. Now you will see what is the situation of your finances because each expense or income can be charged against the accounts or walletes that you have defined.

Invoice Control is an application that lets you create invoices in PDF format and send them to your customers by mail directly from your Android device.

- The application is multiuser.

- Provides customer management, products and inventory control.

- The application allows you to generate quotes in pdf format that you can later convert to invoice.

- Offers the possibility of generating partial invoices regarding a total bill.

- You can choose the color of the header of the invoice, and include your logo.

- You can record the amount of an invoice in Expenses Control app (of Gagosoto Factory), directly.

- Allows you to import to the application, the data of your customers and product data through an spreadsheet, to make it easy to start using.

PanicButton Widget

Panic Button WIDGET for your desktop:
The operation of the application is easy, after you press the panic button, will undertake the following actions if you have activated them:

(IMPORTANT:
- you must install the widget on the desktop to work.
- if you dont have activated 3G or GPS the street where you are(+/- 50 meters of accurancy) will not be send.)

A) Sending SMS:
- Send a text message to all the telephone numbers you set.
- You can setup the SMS as you like, fixing your own text.
- Be possible to send a secret word, so that the intended recipient knows the message is authentic.(you can see the secret word you have written by tapping some seconds the secret word.)
- the phone will send also the street where you are. (based in GSM coordinates and Location within 30-50 meters).

B) Emergency call:
- starts an emergency call to the number you have configured.

C) Record what it is happening to you in an audio file:
- you can setup how many seconds you want to record.
- The recording is saved in the root folder of your cell phone.

(Emergency call and Record options are exclusive. You only can to chose one of the two options)

D) You can set the widget so you can choose how to carry out the configured actions, by pressing the red button once or twice.

# How to use once configured customizable parameters:
1) You can install 3 different widgets at your choice.
a) widget with panic button and config button.
b) widget with the panic button only.
c) widget with a big panic button only.
(To install a widget: tap with your finger on the screen of your phone for a few seconds (on the desktop of the phone), will display a window where you will find the option: Widgets.Click that option and will display a list of the wigets you can install. You must to search "panicbuttonwidget" and select it. Panicbuttonwidget will be installed.)

2) After installation you can find the widget on the desktop of your phone. Pressing the Red button 1 or 2 times in a row (depending on how you have configured) will run all the actions you configured to call for help:
2.1-If you set the widget to run with a single click. The configured actions are executed by pressing the red button once.
2.2-If you set the widget to run with two clicks. The configured actions will be implemented after pressing the red button twice.
If you have accidentally pressed the red button and you do not press the button again within three seconds, the application will reset the click

Permissions(explanation):

-Your messages: Edit SMS or MMS, SMS or MMS read.
> Necessary to enable write a custom message.

-Your location: GPS location details.
> Locate your position to send in the SMS.

-Your personal information-read contact details:
> Necessary to select directly from the phone contact list to which you want to send the emergency message.

-Storage: modify / delete files on SD.
> Necessary before you can save the application on the external SD card.

-Services with costs: Send SMS messages, call phone numbers directly.
> Necessary to allow the sending of the emergency message and emergency call.

-Hardware controls: record audio.
> Required for the recording of what is happening.

- Phone calls: read the phone status.
> This permit is also required for the service call.

This application we have designed to give you a tool to calculate the cost sharing among several people. The distribution is calculated taking into account tax and tip, avoiding the annoying “how much should/must we pay?,let's see, who estimates?”, and the famous “wait a moment, VAT is missed”.

Cost sharing: For the calculation, the only you have to do is specify is the amount, how many people you are,VAT % (if applicable), and the Tip % (if applicable).

Tip: To calculate it you just need to enter the cost and the Tip % to apply

Orders: This tool will allow you to keep track of the beers, shandy or soft drinks that you have requested, thus you'll can always answer the famous waiter question, “let's see what do you want?” or even you could know if you have really got all that you had asked.

This application is a tool that help you to comunicate with all people for: to advertise your events, to request help for something, to sell something, to buy something, for change something, or for everything that you usually hang over a bulletin board.

This is not only a tool to publish classified ads, also we want give you a tool to request help for all that you need to get, in order to create a community of help.

The publications that you hang will be watched only by people that have the same language of your device.

If you are an android developer and you want include a window in your app to allow people to communicate between them, or you want to implant a communication chanel in your app to launch notes or notify something about your app when you want, then we can provide to you the code to open a direct window to your public group, private group or your communicating channel.

You can also calculate the actual price per kilo of purchase after the offer, which is sometimes important to know not to be fooled, you can get another purchase even cheaper than discount if you compare the price per kilo of both products. - 1) DISCOUNTS tool: With this tool you can find out the price of an item after applying a percentage of discount. You can also find out how much money you save on the purchase.

- 2) 2X1 tool: With this tool you can find:
a) What is the price of the item using different discount rates (2x1, 3x2, 4x3, or 70% or 50% discount on the second unit).
b) The actual discount of your purchase. Think, for example, the actual discount you get on a purchase with a 70% discount on the second unit is not 70%. The actual discount is what you save taking into account the price of the two units purchased, ie 35 percent.
c) The money you save.
d) If you enter the price per kg, you can also calculate what is the real price per kilo after applying the discount.

This application has been designed for helping you as a tool that allows you to review time deposits you have accounted in the banks(accounts).
