GroceryHero reminds you of the expiration dates of groceries in your store whilst enabling the discovery innovative recipes based on these ingredients.

Research has shown that up to a quarter of the £10Bn cost of food wastage in the UK is due directly to the lack of utilisation of groceries before their expiration date, with the issue being compounded worldwide. It's time we act!

FAQ

How do I delete or edit a grocery item?
- In order to reveal the delete or edit menu you need to select and hold the selected item in a list (this can be done in both the 'My Groceries' and 'Find Recipes' list views)

How do i move a grocery item? (i.e. if i open an item from the pantry and want to move it to the fridge)
- You can move an item between storage locations by using the edit function (can be accessed through the steps from the above response). From here select 'Storage Location' and select the required location ,then select 'Update'

How do I multiply a grocery item?
- You cannot directly multiply an item as GroceryHero stores every item as a single entity (due to each item having its own unique expiry date). You can however use the 'Quick Add' feature to rapidly re-add items defining the expiry date for each.
All be it this feature is not currently supported, its something we will investigate for inclusion in a future release
