Daily - Counts only shifts with extra hours
2. Periodically - Short shifts will have negative extra hours

About shift type:
- In a shift type you can configure:
1. Normal shift working hours
2. Automatic break time (optional)
3. Set salary configuration (You must enable "Calculate salary" in settings view for salary to be calculated)
4. Background color for shift list view

For example you can have two configuration "Day" and "Night" types:
- "Day" configuration will have 8 normal working hours (default color).
- "Night" configuration will have 6 normal working hours and blue color.
This way the extra hours on the "Day" shift will start after 8 hours and the "Night" shift after 6 hours, also "Night" shifts are easily identified in the shift list by the blue color.

* In the images you can see:
- Night shift that is configured to 7 normal working hours and purple color
- Weekend shift the is configured to 0 normal working hours (all hours are extra hours) and a blue color
- Since the Day shift type is configured with automatic break time the hours background is green

About salary configuration:
When "Calculate salary" is enabled and "Hourly rate" is set, salary will be calculated according to the definition in the shift type setting.
In salary configuration you can set percentage for normal shift time and gradually increase the percentage for the extra hours:
- 100% normal hours
- 125% next two hours
- 150% next hour
- 175% all the others
Since these setting are for a shift type, you can set another shift type for weekends where normal hours get 150% and all extra hours get 200%.

Any comments\requests can be sent to hanan.android.dev@gmail.com. Just put in the subject "Shift Logger".

Recent changes:
* Bugs fixes
* Enhance Settings user interface

User requests
* More widget sizes
* Setting hourly rate by date (e.g. when you get a raise)

Auto Speaker

This simple application will automatically switch speaker status on\off during a phone call according to phone position.
It uses the proximity sensor to know if the phone is near your ear or not.

If you are using any type of headset, it will turn the speaker off, regardless of the proximity sensor.

Whenever you are in a call, a new "control" button appears (default location is on the top left of the screen).
Pressing this button enables (Green icon) or disables (Red icon) the service for the current call.
Alternatively you can use notification on the status bar instead of the control button.
Please note that when disabling the service it will turn off the speaker.

Furthermore, the speaker button of the dialer my not indicate the current status of the speaker (on\off), nevertheless the status is changed.

IMPORTANT:
Some devices may need to be calibrated for the app to work correctly.
See 'Calibration' option in settings if needed.

Features:
- Set default service status
- On each call, you can change the service status for that specific call (It does not change your dialer).
Using it will turn the speaker on if service is enabled, and off if service is disabled.
- Set the speaker status when call starts.
- When changing to speaker, set the volume to maximum (configurable).
- Control for speaker on\off delay (separate delay for on and off).
- Select between using control button or notification on status bar.
- Custom location of the control button.
- Custom transparency of control button.

Default setting is to turn off the speaker quickly when putting it near the ear, but a longer delay to turn it off.
This way if you just move the phone for a second from the ear it will not turn it on.

Any comments\requests can be sent to hanan.android.dev@gmail.com. Just put in the subject "Auto Speaker".

Recent changes:
* Fix bug: Service is not started automatically after system reboot (Thanks Mitch).
