Finding a home just got easier with Halifax. Our new Home Finder app helps you find, choose and move into your new home. It’s packed full of great features and is brilliant for first-time buyers and great if you’re selling a property too – you don’t even need to be a Halifax customer to enjoy its great features.

With Home Finder you can tap into over 150 years of Halifax experience in helping people buy their own home.

Key Features:

- Estimate how much you might be able borrow to spend on your new home – and what your monthly repayments might be – using the in-built repayment estimator.
- Use your phone’s camera to find homes for sale when you’re out and about using the latest Augmented Reality technology.*
- Use the map-led search and list view to find homes on the market all round the UK, along with the local sales history on properties in the area where you’re looking to buy.
- Find out more details about homes for sale – including photos, floor plans, distance to local schools and transport links and how to contact the estate agent.
- Take notes and photos during your viewings** and store them in the app with your favourite properties.
- Share your notes, ratings and photos with friends and family.
