우선 카카오톡을 3.0 이상으로
업데이트 또는 설치를 해 주신 후

더보기 탭에서 설정을 눌러 들어가 보시면
테마 설정 란이 있는데 여기서 설치했던
카카오톡 테마를 선택 적용해 주시면 됩니다.
