Are you in the habit of forgetting what you promised your friends? Do you find yourself taken off guard and struggling to cover it up when they call?

With bytNotes, you can now be warned before you talk!

bytNotes is a simple notepad application with a very handy twist. It allows you to create notes and link them to multiple contacts from your address book. If any of these contacts call you or you call any of them, the related notes are displayed in an overlay for you to read before you start talking.

This is the free version of bytNotes. If you like the application, please buy the ad free version from the market.

Important Notice:
bytNotes might conflict with other outgoing call interceptors such as Call Confirm. If you have such applications installed and you face weird behaviors while placing a call, you can just disable outgoing notifications from the settings menu. The incoming notifications will continue to work properly.

Device Owner and Emergency Contact Information Over Your Secure Lock Screen.

Secure lock screens are great for privacy but they can also work against you in case your phone is lost or if you get yourself in an emergency situation.

misHaps gives you a way to display your contact information for whomever finds your phone as well as those of a person to reach in case of emergency, all while keeping the device securely locked.

misHaps is designed to be as non intrusive as possible. It will only show the above information if your device is locked and after a delay that you can set in the preferences. Adjust this delay to work best with your screen timeout settings and your phone usage habits.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
misHaps is tested with your device’s stock lock screens. It will not work as intended with replacement lock screens.

Required Permission Explanation

Read phone state and identity: Required for misHaps to detect that the screen was turned on due to the phone ringing. The misHaps screen will not be shown in this case

Display System Level Alerts: Required for misHaps screen to display over the lockscreen

Retrieve running applications: Required for avoiding conflicts with other activities that can wake up the phone such as alarms and reminders

Automatically start at boot: Required for enabling the misHaps screen to display right after the device is restarted. This is critical in cases where the device is found with an empty battery or simply turned off

mRC Widget conveniently places the five most recently contacted people on your home screen.
Clicking on a contact displays Android's Quick Contact widget for instant access to all available communication modes.

Additional Information:
Match Call Log:
Makes mRC Widget (Most Recently Contacted) match the current state of the call log after clearing your phones's call log or deleting certain unwanted entries,

Clear:
Clears all entries in mRC Widget. The most recently contacted list will automatically build again as you make or receive calls.

Do you suspect people are fiddling with your mobile while you're away?
Now you can catch them red handed!

When armed, redHanded will silently start taking shots at predefined intervals through your mobile's front facing camera each time it's unlocked. The shots taken will be conveniently saved to your gallery with the current time-stamp allowing you to identify who was messing with your mobile and when.
If you are the one unlocking your phone while redHanded is armed, you can abort the shooting process by a quick shake of the mobile within a second of the unlock or anytime by accessing the app and entering your 4 digit code.

redHanded has two shooting modes:

Standard Shooting
This mode takes regular shots from the camera and produces better resolution images than the other mode.
However, on some mobiles, the shutter sound is impossible to mute rendering the application immediately noticeable.

Capture from Preview
This mode captures frames from the live preview of the camera. The resolution of the images taken depends on the supported preview sizes of your phone.
This option is guaranteed to be completely silent.

Important Notice
redHanded has been tested with default launcher only. It might not work properly with home replacement apps.
