This cool app enables you to see live air traffic (mostly in Europe) and offers you:

a) detailed aircraft and rutes data on map: aircraft type, flight, callsign..
b) past flights database, flight statistics
c) access to desktop version of site
d) plane diagnostics and options panel
e) aircraft pictures
f) links to new cool apps / games

Plane Tracker recieve plane informations via "Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B).

How it works?

The ADS-B technology works like this:

a) Aircraft gets its location from a GPS navigation source (satellite)
b) ADS-B unit on aircraft transmits signal containing aircraft and flight data with location
c) ADS-B signal is picked up by a ADS-B receiver connected to our site.
d) ADS-B receiver feeds data to our site and shows data on map.

We are using RTL sticks to recieve dana with RTL1090 software in Beast mode.
Currently we covering middle Europe and growing rapidly.

This app runs on Android 2.2 and higher.
