The Matrix eServices application is exclusively for the use of Matrix Absence Management clients and their employees.

This application must be enabled for an employer’s use. Please contact your Account Manager.

After creating an account through our on-line portal, you may use this application to interact with Matrix, your data and your claims examiner. Detailed instructions are provided with your Matrix administrative guide/materials.
