Terminal IDE is an expandable terminal application, with a full Java / C / C++ / HTML / Android development kit, that runs on your Android device.

It uses the command line, with many powerful and robust open-source applications, plus a custom ASCII on-screen 'soft' keyboard that works well (You must ENABLE it in your device's main Keyboard Settings).. and also has an extensive generic external 'hard' keyboard key mapper. This way CTRL / ALT / ESC etc.. should all be accessible.

GCC 4.4.0, make 3.82, ctags, javac, java, dx, proguard, aapt, apkbuilder, signer, ssh, sshd, telnetd, bash 4.2, busybox 1.19.2, vim 7.3, nano 2.2.6, midnight commander 4.8, htop 1.0, TMUX 1.5, links 2.7, rsync 3.0.8, git 1.7.8, BitchX 1.1 and a nice terminal emulator are all available.

The vim editor has been setup with c / java / HTML development in mind and is extremely powerful. Also vim has been setup by default in a humane way (arrow keys work, backspace..), so that starting on this long and glorious journey won't begin with a punch in the face.

With the addition of all the other apps provided, Terminal IDE becomes much MUCH more than an extremely powerful IDE. One could call it a complete 'Command Line OS'.

Best of all you can log in via telnet / ssh and use your home keyboard/screen combo!

AND the whole app runs WITHOUT needing ROOT permissions.

It's all available with normal user permissions..

NB: This app CANNOT be installed onto the SDCard because you do not get 'Execute' permissions on that mount. It must run in this app's private memory on the device [Also much more secure]. You can of course still read / write to the SDCard and store your files / projects there. ALSO - once extracted it takes up about 150MB of your INTERNAL memory. You have been warned..

NB2: 'ENTER NOT WORKING' confusion on Terminal IDE keyboard.. Android expects a different key-code than the terminal(which expects ^M).
- Use CTRL+ENTER to send Android ENTER at any time.
- GO,NEXT,SEND & SEARCH all work when they appear as icons.

NB3: The Help/Tutorials, available in the app, can now be downloaded separately as a PDF from the Google code project. Thanx to Roy.

NB4: This app is ARM only.. No x86 support. Sorry - and yes, it's a big job to convert..

NB5: No UTF-8 support yet.. Just ASCII.

NB6: READ ALL THE IN-APP HELP! TWICE! BEFORE YOU EMAIL ME! Please..

DJ is the most advanced mixing system available for Android devices.

Twin mixing decks are available in a super smooth 50fps OpenGL environment.

NETWORK Mode lets you link multiple android devices so that you get STEREO Headphone output AND Stereo output!

Multi-touch is supported, portrait or landcape mode, and you can now use headphones, with splice-output (Stereo -> Dual-Mono) fully supported.

AUTO-BPM detection and auto pitch set, with BOTH decks pitch enabled for FREE :-)

A unique '4/4 Marked Beat' system, coupled with an advanced AI, is used so that you can keep track of your position in the tune.

Check out the UPGRADES available in-app. These will add greatly to your experience.

Comica is THE digital comic reader and image viewer for Android devices.

It has a beautiful graphical interface, that uses the thumbnails of your comics organised in simple and pleasing ways. Full dual-pane mode is available and you can even take snapshots of images you have zoomed into and store those separately. Bookmarks per comic are of course supported.

Comica can scan for comics on your sdcard, add those to your collection, and organise them all based on the folder structure you have placed them in. Very easy.

You may also search your SDCard using the file browser option and find the relevant comic or image files that way.

Best, width, height and '1 to 1' aspect ratios are supported.

Dual Pane MODE now supported!

Controls :-
1) Tap once on the screen to bring up the image controls.
2) Double tap to zoom in and out.
3) Pinch and Zoom.
4) Touch and move.
5) Tap side of screen to turn page.
6) Flick finger left or right to change page - or use the image controls.

Press Menu > Options on the main screen for the system settings.

You can even add an extra folder to be scanned - or scan the whole system..

Accepted file formats : -
1) .cbr, .cbz for comics
2) ,jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp for images

All temporary files and thumbnails are stored in the folder 'Comica'.

TROUBLE : Every effort is made to ensure a bug-free application. If you do encounter a problem - SEND ME AN EMAIL! and I'll fix it. Write a harsh comment with no real info and I'll stumble around in the dark trying to find the bug - psychically. Your choice.

Radio RIP allows you to listen to and record your favourite internet radio stations, with multiple simultaneous channels and a start/stop timer system.

Features :-
- Compatible with most MP3 streams, including Shoutcast and Icecast.
- Store .mp3 files directly to SD Card with correct editable ID3 tags.
- Unlimited stations can be ripped simultaneously, allthough 2/3 is probably the max your phone can handle.
- Unlimited recording sessions can be stored and played back.
- Timers can be set to start and stop streams whenever you like.
- Daily or Weekly scheduler.
- Open any .pls file on your device or download straight from the internet.
- Add urls manually.
- Music streams broken down into individual MP3 tracks.

Radio RIP has a simple gui and is an easy program to use. Lessons learned from previous versions, have all been taken into account.

PS There is a bug in Android Jelly Bean! And this means that live playback may not work.. :-( BUT It still records fine :-) .. It is fixed in 4.2.1.

LITE VERSION : The lite version is banner supported (inoffensive banner at bottom of screen). Upgrade to the full version of Comica to remove the banner. Otherwise the applications are the same!
