• Transfer Funds from one eligible State Farm Bank account to another

Security permissions required by Pocket Agent:
• GPS and network location – Used to determine your location for Find an Agent, Find a Repair Facility, On the Road, and Accident Location under Report a Claim
• Full Internet Access – Used to connect to State Farm servers to retrieve user information
• Write contacts data – Used to add agent, repair facilities, or On The Road businesses to your contacts
• Read phone state and identity – Used by AdWhirl to display State Farm info banners
• Take pictures – Used by MyTime Deposit to capture front and back of checks for deposit; also used by Report a Claim to capture accident pictures

State Farm is inviting you to help test a new driving application and you could earn a $50 Visa® gift card for participating!*

Eligibility requirements:
• Resident of the United States
• Android phone running Android 4.0 or greater
• Factory-installed Bluetooth in your vehicle
• Download the app, register, and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Drive a minimum of 500 miles over a period of 25 days (the 25 days need not be consecutive and can occur anytime within the 120-day test period.)
• Complete a short survey after you have met the driving minimum

Additional information:
• Since this is a test of the app functionality, there may be defects and imperfections in the performance.
• Participation in the RightLane™ consumer test is voluntary, and you may withdraw your participation at any time.
• Driving data gathered and reported prior to your withdrawal cannot be removed from the testing system.
• The 120-day period will begin upon download of the app.
• You do not need to be a State Farm Auto Insurance policyholder to participate in this consumer test.
• If you are a current State Farm Auto Insurance policyholder, participation in the RightLane consumer test will not impact or influence your auto insurance ratings or premium amount.
• Each app download and registration may be associated to a single vehicle only. Each vehicle will be associated with one app registration only.
• Data collected by this app during the consumer test will be used to analyze app usage, aggregate driver behavior and validate data collection. No information on individual drivers will be analyzed. Data will not be sold or otherwise provided to any third parties to use for their own benefit.
• Customer support for the app operation and functionality will be available from within the app.
• RightLane uses an average of 24MB per month of data usage.
• Feedback is welcome! Please email us with your experiences or include detail in the survey included in the app.

• Pair with Bluetooth devices – Used to toggle Bluetooth and determine when a drive has started and ended
• Access Bluetooth settings – Used to allow user to enter Bluetooth system settings from within application
• Read phone state and identity – Used to determine battery level of phone
• Connect and Disconnect from WiFi – Used to toggle WiFi on and off at the start and end of a drive to improve location data accuracy
• Prevent phone from sleeping – Used to generate a feedback reminder on a monthly basis

Drive Smarter. State Farm® Driver Feedback™ scores your driving and gives you tips to help you drive even better.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration*, three of the riskiest driving behaviors are hard acceleration, hard deceleration, and hard swerves. So we built this app to help drivers of all ages improve in these areas.

The app's accelerometer recording technology measures your acceleration, braking, and cornering. You're given a score for each, as well as an overall score for each trip you record. Helpful tips make it easier for you to take your driving to the next level.

Features:

- Record driving using your device's accelerometer and GPS location
- View all alerts in a list view or overlaid on a map
- Compare two trips against each other (the higher the score, the better the driving)
- Send trip results via email and SMS
- Support for multiple users

Note: State Farm does not collect the trip information. The data recorded by this app will not impact your insurance rates.
