Give your pictures that "newspaper" effect with Dither.

Dithering is an image processing technique to give the illusion of color depth given a limited color palette. Dither uses a palette of only black and white. The resulting dithered images will be pure black and white with no other gray-scale colors.

- Images can be loaded from the gallery or Dither can be accessed directly via gallery share menu (not every photography app offers this)
- Apply one of four different dithering techniques (average, random, ordered, Floyd-Steinberg).
- Dithered images can be saved to the SD card and shared with other apps (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- No Ads (only file permission is to access the SD card; Dither has NO internet access)
- Images are scaled to a max resolution of 640 pixels on any side

Where Automobiles are Made

Find out if your Ford was made in the United States or if your Honda was made in Japan with "Where Automobiles are Made". Given the first two characters of a VIN (vehicle id. number) this app will tell you what country that vehicle was assembled in. Works with all makes and models from all countries.

Pointillism

Inspired by the painting technique developed by Georges Seurat, Pointillism will turn your pictures into works of art. As a painting technique, pointillism, uses distinct dots of pure color in patterns to form an image.

The Pointillism app allows a user to load an image and use one of two different brush sizes (2 pixel radius and 4 pixel radius). The painted image can then be saved to the SD card and shared.

Get Pointillism Pro for a higher maximum resolution, no ads, and more brush sizes.
