You agree to comply the realestate.com.au Terms of Use (http://www.rs.realestate.com.au/cgi-bin/rsearch?a=v&t=res&id=13) and Privacy Policy (http://www.rs.realestate.com.au/cgi-bin/rsearch?a=v&t=res&id=587) in your use of this Application and all references to Websites (as referred to and defined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) should be read to mean this Application, save that:

(a) the section entitled Contribution in the Terms of Use shall not apply; and
(b) the sections entitled Cookies and Credit Application by Real Estate Agents in the Privacy Policy shall not apply.
(c) the section entitled Cookies in the Privacy Policy is replaced with the following section entitled Data Collection:

The Application is coded with measurement software which is transparent to the user and allows us to customise the Application to your needs. The software makes use of the phone's device identification which contains a unique string. This enables the software to count the number of unique visitors to the Application and interactions with the property listings. This information is collected and aggregated, and in no way can this process identify a user personally. We do not and will not marry any data collected with any personal information collected via our Application. We use the independent company Omniture <http://www.omniture.com/> to measure and analyse the usage across our Application.
If you do not want information collected through the use of the phone serial number, there is a simple procedure in settings that allows you to deny or accept the measurement software feature.

Il software fa uso di un dispositivo di identificazione del telefono che contiene una stringa univoca. Tutto ciò consente al software di contare il numero di visitatori unici dell'Applicazione e le interazioni con gli annunci immobiliari. Tali dati sono raccolti e aggregati, e in nessun modo questo processo può portare all’identificazione personale di un utente. Noi non aggreghiamo i dati raccolti con le informazioni personali raccolte tramite la nostra Applicazione. Utilizziamo la società Omniture <http://www.omniture.com/> per misurare e analizzare l'utilizzo dell’Applicazione.
Se non vuoi che le informazioni vengano raccolte attraverso l'utilizzo del numero di serie del telefono, puoi seguire una semplice procedura di configurazione che ti permette di rifiutare o accettare la funzione del software su misura.
