Lifting Log tracks your progress on a per-exercise basis. It doesn't need or want to know the days of the week you workout or your name, body weight, height and pictures of your gut like other over-complicated weight training apps.

It's simply meant to track your reps/weight progress per exercise (e.g. bench, military press, squat) and even graph your increases for each.

Allows you to load atmospheric values from your Bluetooth-enabled Kestrel device into Shooter.

Access this plugin by pressing your device's Menu button on the shot data input screen of Shooter.
