The app works great. I stream spotify and tidal music to my raspberry pi which is connected to my bravia TV.

Edit: perfect support, the developer of the app kindly solved my problem in less than 24 hours. The support alone deserves 5 stars. The solution for my problem was to run shairport-sync on Ubuntu and manually define a receiver in AirAudio. I paid for this app, it works when connected over wifi but my main use-case is to use it when wifi is off and it's connected to my PC with usb-tethering. In this case it shows "You are not connected to a netwrok!" and doesn't work at all. The thing is when I'm connected using usb-tethering Android device does create a network and it has an IP I can ping from my PC. Many apps work over this network, like KDEConnect for example. When I portscan the IP of my android device, the ports of KDEConnect are listed there but the ports of AirAudio aren't there, because AirAudio thinks there's no network. I don't know why they don't simply listen on 0.0.0.0, and why would it care what type of network it's connected to. But even if it does care, it should definitely work with usb-tethering because it's indeed a private network. Currently my money is wasted and the app is unusable for me.

This app is the best!!! I've tried many audiocasters and none so far have been able to cast from Amazon music to Xbox but this app can! Interface is very clean and everything works great. Thank you so much dev <3

At no moment the app tells the user about the Magisk module, it just asks for root permission and to reboot the device. This leaded to a bootloop, which I guess might be because the app modifies system. Users should be told about the Magisk module to prevent this.

It works quite well but unfortunately it seems to disconnect from the airplay receiver. Then I have to go back into the app and reconnect. This happens enough to be annoying and make it less usable.
