À La Mode (A La Mode)

★★★★★ Simply to say: I love this App as the 5 stars indicate! À La Mode is definitely a session app. You can import your ABC music files and tag them with self defined tags or types. I personally made tags for my different Instruments. Now I can filter by instrument and then by tune type, in my case dances. My tags are in the Tune books group. In addition, if you know the name of a tune, you can always search for it by typing the name in a search field. It is possible to give the tunes a personal rating and also to set a "familiarity". Second one, for me, would mean I will get this tune into my head first before the next one comes. As it seems the author of this app is a session player too, he added a filter button to search tunes by other combined tags. I wanted to write a little more about the app, but space here is limited. As some other reviewer I also had questions to the author, and he not only answered me but also build in a new feature concerning one of my question. The app runs on my Oneplus 3T and Samsung Tab A6. I do have a good reason now to type in all my sheet music which I have on paper. A lot of work to do for me... damn this great App. ;)

★★★★★ Just downloaded the app and imported tunes from the session. I love that I can hear the tune I'm learning which makes it a lot easier to know how it is played. Curious if I'm missing it, but how do I (if it's possible) display the ABC notation instead of the music notation?

★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately broken now, please fix it. Tunes are saved but won't display. Used to be an amazing app.
