I have been using the application for the last 6–7 years. (in Europe concentrating mostly in Germany) It is an excellent application. User-friendly and has a good way of displaying the connections. It is really fast. One problem a user can face is the German regional train numbers shown (RE, RB). If someone is checking for the train number on application and comparing with the number on the platform, he will be confused. Please correct it.

Since a couple of weeks ago the app does no longer show addresses, only stations and stops are available. It's no longer possible to plan a route. Went from being the best app ever to a useless one. It's really a pity. I used to rely on it permanently and blindly. It urgently needs fixing.

Miss your train or tram in 1 step: use öffi ... "everything" works etc. BUT : repeatedly it showed train/tram arrivals 1 minute later no matter if BVG, LVB or Deutsche. Bahn . Öffi will help you to relax 1 or 2 hours in the middle of nowhere, or even miss your plains in advance... Andreas is a cool guy, so maybe he'll implement a 2-minute subtraction of whatever time oeffi displays since the guess is that upstream APIs like Deutsche Bahn are defect by default and oeffi only shows them

There is a data problem in Mensch (Luxembourg). The train station (Mensch, Gare) and the main bus station (Mensch, gare routière) are both not shown under "nearby stations". Also, when looking up those stations in the direction planner, there are no "next departures". In Mensch, the app works with the small bus stops only, which makes it rather useless. I love the app, and I would like to contribute to improving it, but how to contact the author?
