It's good but when I tried to change the language to English it did not work

I just updated my app after it prompted me to. afterward I realized I couldn't access the internet. I am on an unlimited plan (family of 5). Subscription renewal ought to be at the end of the month. But after the update. I was told my subscription had expired that I needed to renew. Is there something wrong with the update? Updates are supposed to make app usage better not complicate things

This is just ridiculous. I’ve paid the money, but the connection doesn’t work, the app doesn’t work, and it’s simply impossible to log in. The USSD code to check the balance doesn’t work either — they send you to the app, which you can’t even access. Yet I keep receiving SMS messages with USSD codes to borrow money for payment. Is everything okay over there? Why did I pay the regular monthly fee through the bank, and now I’m getting an SMS saying my balance is negative? Most terrible service

App is still very raw and buggy despite it being released quite a while ago. Some of the main functions, such as adjusting data plan or removing a number from a family plan, have never been available - there's always a page saying "Oops, something went wrong".
