Ruined several articles of clothing. Customer service then tried to blame me for it and stopped replying to me without resolving the issue. I did not use profanity or do anything that would warrant them ghosting me. On the plus side, I did gain someone else's sock.

Most of the time did the job 3 out 4 times this worked. 1 time I got dressed to go to a meeting only to realize it returned my clothes to me covered in lint. I pay this service, so I don't have to worry about my clothes, not so I show up to an event covered in cotton balls. Unhelpful after the fact and refused to reimburse. Will stop using.
