★★★★★ I have several years experience with Pango. The performance is generally excellent. In case there is a problem, your customer support response is remarkably quick. The problem today was that the blue/white parking icon was inaccessible. Your support representative guided me to click on the icon of public transportation. Then the blue/white icon appeared. I considered the problem as a small bug that you should solve. :)

★★★★★ The App is awesome and very useful. The only problem is when I trying to open an option for refueling gas, so the app crashed while sending the verification code for credit card... But in other stuff is pretty good.

★★☆☆☆ 17.3.24 update: for a few months now the app doesn't work, only suggests that I call to start parking.

★★☆☆☆ אפליקציה טובה של 5 כוכבים, אבל אי אפשר להתפטר ממנו, אז כוכב 1: שלחתי מייל עם בקשה למחוק את כל הפרטים שלי לפני 13 ימים ובמקום תשובה לא רק שעדיין שולחים לי פרסומות, גם מחייבים את הכרטיס? מה פתאום של מה פתאום!!!ממש לא מומלץ! It's a 5 stars good app until you want to leave it, you can't, so only 1 star: I sent a mail to developers 13 days ago asking to delete all my details including my card details, and instead of doing it not only still sending ads, they even charge the card? Not recommended!!!

★★☆☆☆ Google: The request from commenters here to contact a phone number, indicating that otherwise their - often clear and well-explained - comment will be ignored by the company, is rude and inappropriate. Apparently Pango thinks that the app users work for them, rather than the opposite, or misunderstands how the app store works. I actually arrived here today at the company's request, in order to give the app 5 stars, but when I saw the company's rude response to the commenters, I changed my mind!
