★★★★★ If it only had a somewhat better chat options like WhatsApp when you need to send pictures to prove your point and the like from within the app...

★★★★★ Generally good. Lacking a favorites option, as someone who works in multiple offices at different locations this makes ordering so much harder.

★★★★★ App is reasonably good, but freezes sometimes, sometimes logs me ogg, and won't let me change the associated email (more a fault of the service itself, I suppose)

★★☆☆☆ Very bad service. They don't take any responsibility for bad delivery or mistakes in the order. They just say that they can't do anything about it, although you made the purchase through them.

★★☆☆☆ Just bad customer experience. They aren't even trying to compete with Wolt. Honestly, I'm only using them since work gives me 30 Nis to use here and the rest I pay. Really bad user interface and customer service chat doesn't allow you to cancel the order if it's taking an hour unless the restaurant wishes to cancel.

★★☆☆☆ The worst app UI, the worst customer service and constantly gets things wrong. If you don't like something, and you pressed "no X" in the selection there's 1/5 chance you'll get something you don't want. Then you'd have to go jump through hoops with an AI bot, only to be told "an assistant will be with you shortly" and wait for 25 minutes. Then you have to hear how all they can do is refund you 20% of the cost back, even though you can't eat 100% of the food it's best to avoid the deliveries.
