مؤسسة خيرية مانحة و داعمة مسجلة في وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية برقم (22)، تُعنى بالخدمات الاجتماعية والصحية والإغاثية التعليمية والثقافية والتطويرية وكافة وجوه البرِّ والإحسان داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وفق الأولويات، ضمن الضوابط الشرعية، والأنظمة المرعية، انطلاقاً من شرط الواقفين: الشيخ محمد بن إبراهيم السبيعي، والشيخ عبد الله بن إبراهيم السبيعي، من خلال عمل مؤسسي، وفريق عمل مؤهل، يقوم بدعم المؤسسات والجمعيات والمكاتب الخيرية العاملة في الميدان، وتحقيق مفهوم الشراكة في العمل الخيري.
