★★☆☆☆ If there is less than 1 stars I would give, please on humanly advice never buy a car from them, regardless the model of the car, if its second hand they are the worst to buy from them, not to mention brand-new car, my experience is based on friends and relatives that dealt with these people. People want to take the risk and buy headache you are welcome to deal with them. No one will help you, they will keep on messing with you in a rare case sending you very far location to solve your issues.

★★☆☆☆ Ad 355394 this is my second car from Sarah but this time it is not really pleasant to deal with Sarah I did a full payment before 8 days until now I don't receive a car I reach many times to the customer service, but they always mention salesman will call me back from yesterday I received only message your car is not ready from the salesman I am loosing money every day in rent a car who will be responsible for that I need to be in bahrain before 12 pm today but thanks to Sarah

★★☆☆☆ I tried booking car twice, first time it got cancelled for unknown reasons, the second time it was showing signing contract for over 2 weeks, and I contacted customer service, and they told me that they will resolve this issue in 24 hours before more than a week and since then no response from them as well. Very bad service. I do not recommend going through this app. Too many delays.
