Although I'm not quite satisfied with the diet (few options to choose) I give 5 stars to this app because of the good bank for workout guides. There is no avatar and a real athlete performs the workout with enough details. The bank has almost any workout that you might need. You can find different workouts performed with machine at gym or simply with dumbbells and band at home. This is the strong point with this app. Also, the support team answered my questions in a reasonable time.
