صمم هذا التطبيق لجعله مرجعا سهل الإستعمال لمحتوى القانون الأساسي عدد 63 لسنة 2004 المؤرخ في 27 جويلية 2004 والمتعلق بحماية المعطيات الشخصية والذي وقع نشره بالرائد الرسمي للجمهورية التونسية عدد 61 لسنة 2004 المؤرخ في 30 جويلية 2004.
يهدف التطبيق إلى تيسير النفاذ إلى محتوى قانون حماية المعطيات الشخصية من قبل المواطنين ونواب الشعب والجمعيات والأحزاب حيث يمكن من خلاله الإطلاع على كامل نصوص فصوله بصفة آنية ومسترسلة أو عن طريق البحث عن فصل محدد بالإضافة إلى إمكانية مشاركة محتوى الفصول مع الآخرين عبر الإرساليات القصيرة، البريد الإلكتروني أو مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي.
