இச்செயலி முழுமையாக கணித பாடத்தை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மழலையர் (பாலர்) பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் முதல் ஆறாம் ஆண்டு மாணவர்கள் வரை இச்செயலியைப் பயன்படுத்திப் பயன் அடையாளம். மாணவர்கள் அடிப்படை கணக்குகளில் எதிர்நோக்கும் சிக்கலை கலைவதற்காக அனைத்து பையப்பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கும் சிறப்புப் பயிற்றிகள் அடங்கியுள்ளன. அதுமட்டுமின்றி அனைத்து வகுப்பு மாணவர்களும் சோதனைத் தாட்களையும் இச்செயலியின் வழி பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். மேலும் இச்செயலியில் ஆறாம் மாணவர்களுக்கு என தலைப்பிற்கு ஏற்றவாறு பயிற்சிகளும் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. பையப்பயிலும் மாணவர்கள் அடிப்படை விதிகளில் சிறந்து விளங்குவதற்காக சிறப்பு விரைவாற்றல் பயிற்றியும் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும் மாணவர்கள் மட்டுமின்றி தமிழ்ப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களும் பெற்றோர்களும் இச்செயலில் உள்ள சிறப்பு அம்சங்களைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். மேலும் இச்செயலியின் அடுத்த மேம்படுத்தலில் அனைத்து பயிற்றிகளையும் தமிழ், மலாய், ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய மொழிகளில் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.
