ログインIDをお持ちの保健指導プログラムの対象者が利用できるアプリです。

■アプリの概要
かんたん・たのしい・べんり！
【セルフケア】：専門職（管理栄養士・保健師）との面談で設定した健康のための行動目標（＝マイルール）の実践状況（〇△×）、体重、歩数の記録が簡単にできます。
①生活習慣（食事、運動など）改善のためのマイルールを決めます（１～６つまで）
②目標の実践状況（〇△×）、１日の振り返り（飲み会があった、ジムに行った、寝る前に食べた等）を記録します。
③体重、歩数は、体重計、ウェアラブルデバイスと連携可能。Alexaを使って音声で体重記録することも可能です。（もちろん手入力も可）

毎日、自身の生活習慣を振り返り、記録を続けることで、体重の増減とマイルールの実践状況等との関係性（マイルール実践の効果）が把握でき、健康行動の継続につながります。

【＋（ぷらす）その１】：希望者は匿名で（ニックネームを設定して）、アプリ内のチャットグループに参加することも可能。グループの仲間同士で励まし合うことで、楽しく日々の健康行動が継続できます。

【＋（ぷらす）その２】：株式会社メディヴァの専門職（管理栄養士・保健師）が利用者の記録を管理画面で確認することができ、WEB面談や電話支援において、目標達成に向けてのアドバイスを行います。

■主な機能
・生活習慣（食事、運動など）改善のために設定した健康行動目標（＝マイルール）の表示
・体重・歩数の目標値の設定、記録（グラフ表示）
・１日１回健康行動目標（マイルール）の実践状況（〇、△、×）の記録
・タニタ体組成計、Fitbit、ヘルスケア、Google-Fitなどとも連携可能。Alexaを使って音声で体重登録することも可能です。
・ログイン、ログアウト機能あり
