★★★★★ Based on Chinese app, compare to HSBC, Futon and Mega Intl. Banking system (have better global function banks in Taiwan), this CTBC bank app is the best when I use it on phone.

★★☆☆☆ Many apps functions in English are missing. Using the Chinese version as a APRC or ARC holder, many functions still won't work. If you have a credit card its even worse, since the bank forces foreigners to use a separate account credit cards - and It's hard to switch accounts without resetting your OTP / fingerprint settings.

★★☆☆☆ This bank makes no sense. As a foreigner they made a mistake in my english name when apply for a credit card.what was their solution? Change your name.

★★☆☆☆ I've updated to latest iOS(iphone XR) and the latest app version but once I open the app, it took me about 2–3 minutes to jump to verify page. And also took so long while changing between different functions. Also, the English version has fewer functions than Chinese one. Would like this app works smoothly on iPhone and also want to have a full function of it
