★★★★★ English in home screen is a great improvement. If you could make an option to make it all english it would be the best option for foreigners

★★★★★ It is really great that the Rakuten bank app allows you to display the top screen in English. This is a great start! I hope you will add more screens in English. Also, please consider this kind of options for other Rakuten applications such as Rakuten pay and point app. All the static labels in the app could be i18n easily. This will attract more customers especially foreigners to use Rakuten service. There are millions of foreign in Japan now. Rakuten should catch this opportunity.

★★☆☆☆ No English. No way to copy text to translate it. Stupid needlessly complicated interface. Unintelligent design. Poor user experience. Typical Japanese website.

★★☆☆☆ If you are not Japanese, you should consider choosing another bank. I started applying to this bank in Nov 2023 but got a rejection email in 2024. They didn't give the reason. This is the most terrible bank application I have ever had.

★★☆☆☆ I have never seen such a bad usability. You can feel using the app the organization of Rakuten behind. Redundant menus, useless information, incomplete developments (in some menus the back arrow works, some don't). This is a shame to Japan.
