★★☆☆☆ It's always been difficult to order from this app. I finally got the darn residency card that's required and still doesn't #*&# work! You have to use Korean Bank account/card. You can't pay with cash anymore. It's been a nightmare! How do others able to use this without the residency card, bank card, or phone number, especially during lockdowns? ★★☆☆☆ Used to be good, now It's impossible to use if you don't have a Korean bank card. They do not have pay at the door option anymore, so they have no business advantage for foreigner usage. Korea is the only country that has weird verification systems like this so it's not usable for other countries with their cards. Now it's just like any other delivery app so there's no point in having this. Coup ang eats would be better at least they have an English option. I will have to discontinue this app.
