★★★★★ I really like this app. Siren order makes my morning very less complicated. If you don't know any Korean, it will be hard to use, but it's for Korean starbucks. I don't expect them to cater to my language. However, it would be nice if they did. One small criticism would be that there should be an option to cancel siren orders with in a few minutes if the wait is longer than 10 people. I once was behind 61 one people at mall. I expected it that time but for mornings, it could be bad.

★★★★★ I love caramel Frappuccino. I've gotten hooked.

★★☆☆☆ 10000 won WASTED. I ordered a hot coffee and bagel. I took a sip of the coffee. It looked good, but unfortunately it was lukewarm, and they wouldn't microwave it. No cream cheese for the bagel. I took it all back to the counter and left. Starbucks outside of Korea are always good, but Starbucks Korea is really bad and a waste of hard-earned money.

★★☆☆☆ Trash trash trash absolute trash. From payment options system, to user experience on app yo availability of language options for a so-called international app. It's giving xenophobic energy in its refusal to stay true to its founding company routes

★★☆☆☆ Assumed there would be an English option here in Korea since it's Starbucks, but of course not. Been gifted a couple Starbucks cash cards on kakao. Can't use them without the app since Starbucks wants to intrude on your life. I would put up with the app to use the gift cards, since I can read Korean at an intermediate level, put it has been deemed necessary to enter your residence number, and full name, something difficult for foreigners to do on apps here. Waste of time and invasion of privacy
