Absolute rubbish. This is clearly intended for customer service. #1 rule use the customers' language. If you can't use that then since you are in business at least use the lingua franca of business, ENGLISH. Yet another ethnocentric app, why shoud I be surprised, Korea? As others have stated one star is as low as you can go. Now I have to go uninstall this deadweight from my phone with my precious time, and as a financial organization yoy must kniw time is money.
