★★☆☆☆ Not very useful, there is sooooo very little that you can do without sufficient Korean competence. Even selecting English as the language STILL brings up a bunch of Korean instructions. So very disappointing since I have the card already.

★★☆☆☆ I tried to look at my card number, so I put in the first two digits of my pin, and it just completely froze, and it won't work even though I closed it and restarted it like 50 times. It's just blank after scanning my fingerprint. Maybe I opened a portal or something when I tried to look at my card number? 🤔

★★☆☆☆ I wish I can give 0 stars Nothing ever goes smoothly with this card, so useless.......... useless app and poor technology and company management. I am now at the airport, the only reason I use their card is for the airport lounge, and now when I'm trying to get the lounge, I can't because of a system error at Hyundai card. The error message says to use it after 7 am Korea time. Well, I'm not going to need the lounge then! Absolutely ridiculous service. If you can choose, choose another card company.

★★☆☆☆ App refuses to load on S24. Tried reinstalling, uninstalling and reinstalling Ahn Labs. Stop using a 3rd Party program (Ahn Labs). Unnecessary. Other countries have working apps without Ahn Labs.
