1 Banana: Focus & App Blocker

Do one thing. Block distractions. Get it done. 🍌

Tired of opening TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit or another distracting app every five minutes? 1 Banana is a focus timer and app blocker designed to help you stay focused, reduce screen time, block distractions and get more done.

Choose your ONE thing, start a Banana, and let us protect your attention while you work, study, read, write, exercise, create or simply need some uninterrupted time.

🍌 FOCUS TIMER

Start a distraction-free focus session in seconds.

Choose from quick focus timers such as:

• 5 minutes
• 15 minutes
• 25 minutes
• 45 minutes
• 60 minutes

Perfect for Pomodoro-style focus sessions, deep work, studying, homework, work, reading and creative projects.

🔒 APP BLOCKER

Block distracting apps while your focus timer is running.

Block social media, games and other apps that steal your attention.

Use 1 Banana as your:

App blocker
Distraction blocker
Social media blocker
Screen time control
Focus mode

Keep essential apps available, such as Phone and Messages, while distractions stay blocked.

🌐 BLOCK THE BROWSER TOO

Don't just block the app.

Add your browser to the blocked list for a session, so you can't swap the TikTok app for TikTok in Chrome.

1 Banana blocks apps, not individual websites, so block the browser itself when you need to.

🧠 CHOOSE YOUR FOCUS

Different moments need different levels of commitment.

GENTLE
A simple focus timer when you just need a little structure.

FOCUS
Block distracting apps while you work. Leaving asks first.

DEEP
