I have enjoyed playing this jigsaw puzzle game for years, but now I can't even play the game anymore. I opened the game up, and it lost all of my puzzle packs that I had not finished yet. I probably had about 10 or 15 packs, and I only finished one pack and then the next day I tried to play it, and it was just a white screen with about 700 coins that I was saving for more packs, and it also says my packs down at the bottom of the screen, but there are zero packs. I have been playing this game for years and I had finished a lot of puzzles. Then one day when I opened it to play and relax my progress was lost. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but my progress was still not retrieved. For now I will install it to another device to see if my progress will be recovered
