The 112 app should come pre-installed on every phone out of the box; the government should make it mandatory. While I have never had to use it for an emergency—and hope I never have to—I deeply appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing immediate help is just a single tap away—I thoroughly appreciate the government's initiative in providing such a vital lifesaving tool.

My husband downloaded it for after watching a reel on insta.however he was skeptical if this works ...so he downloaded the app and pressed sos button guess what within 2 secs I get a call from cops. My husband answers the phone, and he explains that he was just checking if the app works. He was satisfied with the scolding he got from the cops. Kudos to the cops and the agency that started this. For the first time I saw my husband smile for getting scolded for checking the authenticity.

App is not working trying to log in but not happening even OTP is not generating showing error to try later. Requesting who ever is responsible please its serious app in a need to make it even faster to work and work on it asap.

It doesn't log in, I didn't even receive any OTP, a pop-up says They are experiencing a technical problem try again, I've been trying for hours now.

1-Star Review — Emergency App Should Actually Work in an Emergency app is not an ordinary app where users can simply “try again later.” When someone is in danger, every second matters. I tried to use the 112 India app when I needed emergency assistance, and the experience was extremely disappointing. If the SOS/emergency system is slow, unreliable, difficult to use, or fails when someone actually needs help, then what is the purpose of having an emergency app?
