Great journal to keep you on track with any of the WOW hypnosis apps. I bought the 12 Weeks To WOW app first and love the changes I can see already. This app is the success journal that compliments it - I see the hypnosis app as being the subconscious side and this journal being the conscious side. It is a great way for me to practice and journal about the guidelines daily to track progress until I build new healthier habits... every day 1 step more towards letting go of that diet mentality.

Only had the app 2 days and cant believe how well I sleep. I have been using meds for 2 years from anxiety as I couldn't sleep and this puts me out like a light! This was a huge bonus for me haha. As for weight loss I don't know yet (2 days is way too short) but I will put another review on when I know more. I am noticing I'm more thirsty than before

Not worth the money. I purchased this when I was in another app believing it was the full program but alas no. you have to get yet another app which is a further £26.99in total or £2.99 per month for the actual hypnosis. I asked for the £6.99 to be refunded as it was not what I wanted or expected. The fact another person posted the same questions and issue in my FB question on their page tells you it isn't clear. The fact there are also a number of reviews commenting the same makes me feel disappointed and tired from trying to resolve this. Should be clearer. Should be easy to resolve Should look at their advert in other app ie Gastric band app as is obviously is not clear. 😔😔😔
