Very nice app to get an overview of the books if you don't have enough time to read the entire book.

This is a god app. I am currently using the free plan and pretty satisfied with the content (summaries). The UI/UX are also pretty neat and the app offers what a reader like me would need. However, there is one issue I noticed. When you try to read the transcript while listening to audio, the app gets stuck on a blank gray sceen with a loading indicator, and then you have to press the back button and reopen the transcript.
Paulo is fantastic! I had a situation that seemed hopeless. Paulo came to the rescue and helped me retrieve my account. I am so grateful π₯² to Paulo! People like him make this app thoroughly enjoyable! Plus the premium price is very reasonable! Grateful to 12Β min!

Paid for lifetime subscription, and they are trying to charge me for Premium. Can't log in via a browser on my computer.

I bought a lifetime membership a few years ago, and now they're trying to charge me saying I only have a free membership and in order to continue service, I have to pay again but much more this time, and it's now annually. In the whole time, I've had a membership, I don't recall a single time they've responded to my inquires when issues have risen.

Content, 10. App, 0. There's not enough space here to describe how the functioning of this app has gone from bad to worse over the years, across the updates and every device I've used. But, the content has been so good that I've put up with it. Unfortunately, a recent revision rendered it unusable, so I've had to cancel my subscription. (It no longer allows me to choose what to listen to, in favor of its "paths", and it's all in Spanish, despite English being selected in the settings.)

It's in a language I don't understand. I went to the settings to set it to English but nothing changed. It's still in another language.
