Who gave u permission to do automatic charge? So u add €50 to the account WITHOUT beibg asked, will file a lawsuit, My mother is an old lady, beside all this, u do realize that WhatsApp is free along with 2 million apps to call for free, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING OUR CREDIT CARD? This is dishonest, I promise you a lawsuit.

For many years I have used Voip and 12Voip, actually I tired, because I do a call and only my credit is used, but I can't to make calls. My credit is finished without I do 1 call, for each sound that do my credit is consumed. I'm very fustred. I send feedback for return my credits and any solution I because I need to call my parents.
