Tried the first time, everything so far is fine. Booked (fixed fare)the night before, wondering if a taxi would arrive in the very early morning. Signed in with tracking but seemed nothing happening, then 8 minutes before booking time, received a text (with driver's name and car plate number)saying it would arrive, then arrived in about 90 seconds. Very impressive (car type matched, driver friendly and car is clean. Fare debited after journey completed. Hope 13cab can keep this standard.

It's the only taxis I use because the app is so good! I don't even hail cabs from the street anymore. App is super easy to use, uncomplicated, fast, and most importantly, it does what it's meant to do without any hassle or delay if you're in a hurry to book a prepaid taxi.

Just downloaded. Booked, and they wanted to fix a price of $75. I googled price calculator. Cancelled the booking. Booked through another company. I was greeted with a nice car, morning sir, door opened for me and got the fare for $53.

Ordered a cab an hour and a half before I needed to be picked up (840pm for 10pm. It's now 20 m past the time I quoted and no taxi. Called and there hasn't even been a driver assigned. I love waiting at 10pm in a deserted car park cuz you people can't organize yourself in two hours. 40 minutes after the booked time a taxi showed up on the far side of the car park at Woolworths where I was waiting in plain view under lights waited 10s and left. Got an uber and was home in 20. Use Uber not this
