Easy to shop for flowers using the app. Wish there was more of a selection for the area I'm purchasing in. After years of using the app I'm having to purchase duplicates. Also wish carnations were available.

Horrible experience with first time order. Will never order from this company. How can you mess up an order placed five days before the delivery, and for the local store not to call if there was an issue with delivering the flowers, which they knew someone was home bc they told 1800 number that they didn't have the vase prior the delivery... Don't order from this company

My delivery experience completely ruined my impression of your company. Instead of the extra-large arrangement I ordered, I received a small bouquet with flowers that were not fresh. I refused it immediately, but the promised replacement was never delivered, even though I received a delivery notification. Please review the performance of your local florists and delivery partners. They represent your company, and the quality of their service directly affects your reputation.
