Ao instalar o aplicativo e cadastrar seus dados básicos, o acionamento ao serviço de urgência e emergência se torna muito mais prático!

O aplicativo utiliza as informações cadastradas e os dados de GPS para indicar ao SAMU a sua localização.

Seus dados cadastrados e a sua ligação entram no mesmo instante que o atendente recebe seu chamado. Com isso, seu atendimento fica muito mais ágil!

O 192 Fácil também permite que o usuário acione a Central 192 através de uma chamada de voz via dados (VoIP). Essa funcionalidade foi desenvolvida especialmente para regiões rurais que não têm cobertura de rede celular, mas possuem alguma conexão de internet (ex.: rádio ou satélite). A tecnologia VOIP é disponibilizada pela SEG Tecnologia (http://seg.eti.br/).

Área de Cobertura: A solução está integrada às centrais de regulação de mais de 650 Municípios.
Centrais Regionais: CISDESTE, CISNORJE, CISRU, CISRUN, CISSUL, CISTRI, CIS-URG Oeste, CONSIRC e CONSURGE.
Centrais Municipais: Betim/MG, Itabira/MG e Patos de Minas/MG.
