After Townsmen and Battle Chasers Wars, I'm tight on my $. I refuse to buy anything they got which is about 25 more titles unless on sale for .49-99c. Mainly because Townsmen put me to sleep of boredom and Battle Chasers War had a huge lag even with my strongest gaming android. I continued buying his other 25 games only 2suppprt dev when on sale, but hoping he will come back to Townsmen Premium, Battle Chasers, this game and 3-4 others 50k+ users. First 20 min in2 this game I was beat badly.

Warning! This game involves a greedy pay-to-win business model. So why am I giving 5 stars? Because playing without microtransactions is extremely hard in many missions, but still possible, and I like the challenge. So far I have completed 16 missions for the Americans and 1 mission for the Japanese without paying a single dollar for in-game currency (gold) The key is to use the gold you save in easier missions or get as a reward for promotion wisely just as it's important to use all the resources you get or find in missions wisely. The game is more fiction than an attempt at historical accuracy, there is no artificial intelligence, and the enemies' behavior is driven by primitive scripts, but that doesn't make the game any less interesting or less fun. If you're playing without microtransactions, it's sometimes necessary to try some missions multiple times to see what approach has a chance of success, and it's important to avoid spending the gold you've saved until your operation is heading in the right direction. Spending some of the gold you have saved on one extra tank or refilling the supply truck at the right time can sometimes mean the difference between defeat and victory.

Solid strategy, just like Frozen Front was hours of fun, and well worth the money to disable advertisements. Pacific Front promises more of that fun. Glad to see there are now premium versions that start without ads from the start. While you can buy extra in-game money, the real challenge is to play the game without. Frozen Front was really well-balanced here, and I hope this one will be similar. But no 5th star - the new boats need some love. I accidentally purchased a new boat from a carrier because single tap didn't show the description but bought it right away. Also, moving boats in non-straight lines looks strange and eats a lot of unexpected movement points. Could be that nearby boats cause this, but it's not obvious. Last, the boats move a little sluggish. But so far this looks like a great successor of Frozen Front!

Good but could use Bunker / troop type combo, long range artillery, troops should get to attack on unload from troop carrier

When you connect game pad it shows a pic of game pad layout but game pad doesn't work. Tried with HID and native moga. Dev, please respond.

Total waste of money you pay for the game then you have to pay for all your weapons it's just a cash cow for the maker

Instant Refund I bought this game, and it doesn't even start. First it told me it wasn't installed when it was, then it didn't start. When I got it to work for just a few seconds the first thing I see is ads. Then it shut off. If you're making a premium, ad free edition, then keep your promise and let the game start.

Remove constant game play stoppage for irrelevant objective updates The game does not need to halt or at least player control does not need to be interrupted in freeze/pause messages on screen for partial-portion, partial, or even complete mission sub/objectives. If the player is unable to track such simple tasks or maintain extremely limited short term memory or attention-the player is already unable to cognitively and enjoyably interact with their device... Let alone with the poor UX hindrances caused by the 'barney math' in game stops.
