I don't know about other negative reviews, but I feel app is well managed and yes there are few bugs but everyone aretrying hard to resolve . Even in top pharmacy apps have issues so instead complaining help them because they are helping us in building our business and go live online ! One pharmacy helped me in many ways. I'll stay loyal to them no matter what .

Very bad experience, exploiting retailers at the time of installation I paid 5900/- n was told that yearly renewal charges r 1000/- but now demanding 3540/- n the software is of very old format the executives r very ignorant almost 80℅ of my products which were restored from my old software which I was using still show negative margin n I can not make a sale bill out of that n new products added ti the same product list also get added to the same negative margin list so don't make a mistake of

Don't colabrate with 1 pharmacy rather than giving you orders they start competition with other nearby pharmacy, the pharmacy store which give more discount the order goes there

After 7 days still payment not settled in account and there is no option for settlement also like others gpay, phone pay, Paytm very bad service for payment and daily settlement
