A real person you can chat with about your goals, wins, struggles, and they can make sure your fitness journey is tailored to YOU! And yes, only for the small amount of $13/month you get a real human! Bonus, weekday live streams with the advisors! Don't wait!

★★★★★ I've been really impressed with this app, the supplements and with my coach Seth Max. I've been working out and taking supplements now for decades but have never seen an app made this well and one that integrates the coaching the way that 1st Phorm has. If you are looking to get on track with a fitness regimen, give it a try.

★★☆☆☆ The app is catered to apple users. I have a Galaxy 24 Ultra, and it still doesn't track any movements, steps, or anything that you don't manually put in. Macro tracking is a nice feature, and chatting with your coach/advisor is easy.

★★☆☆☆ Not android friendly when counting steps. It has me downloading multiple 3rd party apps just for it to work. It stalls when clicking on something. Not the best.
