★★☆☆☆ App not good. Tried everything but just cannot get it to work. I have a Samsung S7 phone. Most times you get "user busy" or "no user response" flash up on the phone. I have tried on and off for over a year to monitor my gate/door entry system on my phone without any success. Spoken and emailed many times to the supplier of the system with equal none effective solutions. So, come on please get this app working.
★★☆☆☆ After spending an additional $450 to add a DT-IPG and DMR11SA D6 to my existing intercom system, this app doesn't work the way it's supposed to. I found out from tech support that the app needs to be open in order to receive a call to my Samsung Note 20 Ultra! Who keeps any app open to receive a call?!?!? There is supposed to be a new updated app to fix all these problems, but the company hasn't released it yet. What am I supposed to do with a useless app now?
