Got worried on a Sunday by a black spot on my back. Hours of search, including reverse image search didn't reveal anything conclusive. Got a wrong diagnosis by another service that was a.i. driven. 24/7 o.d. on the other hand responded very quickly with a clear diagnosis. Handwritten by a real dermatologist, including German version as I asked for. Quick search for verification finally gave me exact images matching what I had. Was able to treat in 10 min at home. Perfect.

I've tried to use this app 3 times now, uploading pictures and inputting information each time, and it freezes and shuts down when entering birthdate.

The app itself is good, and the doctors are professionals, but for any prescription you're obliged to wait 4 to 8 days to get it by post. No digital copy of prescriptions is provided, meaning that the overall process is actually slower than going to the doctor physically.

Paid 69 eur for diagnosis and no help. Kid has an erythema migrans, which the doctor identified as such, but the only "quick help" was to ask us to go and see a doctor for treatment (though that is what the person who confirmed the diagnosis in the app is). She recommended prednisone cream. that's all. Better off going to the er, spent 69 eur for rhat recommendation.

The app always crashes on my S10 when I try to select my birthdate and is therefore unusable. I ended up using the website on my PC, that worked. (I've already sent a crash report)
