Great recipes and a good variety of exercises... from intense workouts to dance and yoga. Food and recipes suit and can be adapted to any fussy eater! App is easy to work through. I'm getting old, so some of the exercises are a bit too much for me, but there is a good range of others I can do in lieu! Great program...wish I had found it earlier. Sam Wood is so encouraging and engaging! The other members of his team are also excellent! Give it a go!! You won't be sorry!

This app was great, but then I wasn't able to use, I tried to postpone, then cancel, obviously didn't do it right, six months later I get charged again, and they will not refund the money. Not happy.

Beware of the subscription scam! You think you're signing up for an 8-week challenge only to realize you've been conned into a quarterly subscription with no clear notifications on recurring charges. I was charged nearly $500 in fees for services I hadn't used in over 12 months and didn't even know I had. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. Absolutely no consideration and just sent copy & paste emails repeatedly. The worst part is that the program isn't even worth it
