I have been with 2 degrees for a few years using prepaid n then for about 6 or 7 years was on a monthly plan and in that time had a business line with my monthly personal plan for 4 years and had no problems with them at all, and now I'm looking at maybe and hoping to be able to get the power and board band on for when I get back on track of things again and get into my own place again as well, so I definitely recommend 2 degrees 100% for as much as we can while we can BIG TIME OHH YEEHHH !!! 😍🤩😎

Top-ups with credit card are NOT working from the app or website. Paymarkclick.co.nz site has certificated error. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

I opened the app (used fine previously) and it claimed to need updating, also offered a link to top up online, it went to a '2 Degrees' website top up page and my phone very briefly reported 'file downloaded'. What file? I checked recent downloads and nothing. This is from YOUR OWN SITE! Very suspicious in conjunction with a 'top up' page. Also tired of the updates which force repeated signing in AGAIN, the delayed top-ups, the updates discarding recent top up funds, and sign in glitches etc.

I was forced to update when I returned from a stint overseas and now the app won't even load. I just get a blank screen, not even the ability to sign in.
